The king suite with sofa bed was reasonably spacious but not nearly clean enough. filthy floors made my feet dirty instantly. i also thought i woudl ve been given a special welcome gift for staying here, but alas, nothing. is the hot tub ever maintained? it looked quite neglected. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Jazz tunes fill the air

The spacious suite provided an excellent base for our New Orleans adventure. Each night, the jazz from Frenchman Street lured us out to dance and explore the nearby bars. The beds were so inviting that waking up was a delightful challenge!

Despite the enjoyable stay, the noise from the vibrant nightlife kept us up at times. Parking nearby was a hassle, and our suite's floors could have used a thorough cleaning, leaving us with dusty footprints by morning.

I felt like I was standing under a drizzle rather than a shower! Additionally, the floors were filthy, leaving my feet dirty just from walking a few steps. The noise from the surrounding nightlife made it nearly impossible to sleep, and the overpriced parking was frustrating.

the balconies offer a great spot for enjoying live jazz close by. parking was quite expensive at 30 bucks a day.

i had a fantastic stay at frenchmen orleans at 519, ascend hotel collection. the location is ideal, super close to the lively frenchmen street. i loved the king suite with sofa bed—it felt like having a cozy apartment. the staff were so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

However, the noise at night might bother light sleepers, so earplugs are essential. My car's paint received scratches from nearby activity, and parking can get costly. Also, it’d be great if the floors received a thorough cleaning regularly. my feet got dirty just walking around the room. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for some improvements.
